The hotel has a wonderful location overlooking the pool area with easy access to shops and attractions, but the dining options for vegetarians are limited. The hotel is located at the very end of a long corridor, needing refurbishment, but offers excellent rooms with a Juliette balcony overlooking the pool and resort. I had a very mixed experience at this hotel. While I received an upgrade to a lovely Lagoon room which was very relaxing, the room had some issues like holes in the walls, cracks in ceilings and walls, a front door that wouldn't lock, and non-working heating/air conditioner and television, which meant I couldn't access the included movies in the package. The room lacked the characteristic charm of the rest of the hotel and faced a busy external road.
